Weekly Fireside Community Calls

Replays will be made available in the community 48 hours after the session, along with a full transcript
Every 4th week will be an integration week with no calls – just time + space to metabolise what has emerged for you over the weeks.

There are 3 main workbooks in addition to the pre-workbook: Explore The Core.
The workbooks will be drip fed over the 3 months. However, should you wish to have access to all of the workbooks from day one – you can.
Drip feeding the workbooks allows for less content overwhelm as the workbooks are quite meaty with writing prompts + exercises.

I’m

I created CFTC because I got tired of seeing my fellow skilled coaches stuck on the social media hamster wheel, chasing metrics over meaning.
In many conversations I'd have, I could sense that they were running round in circles to the point of exhaustion, hoping that something would click if they just “download another freebie” or “sign up for a high-ticket programme that guarantees their business success.”
And, I get it.
I too adopted strategies and systems that suffocated me more than they supported me.
But, as I started to follow what felt right for me, rather than follow what I thought I had to to achieve success – I started to feel more resourced, and less overwhelmed.
I started to have the conversations I actually wanted have.
The ones that were inspiring, rather than draining because I stopped believing I had to only create content within my “niche.”
I started to welcome opportunities like contributing to another creators Substack column as a guest writer and being invited onto (more) podcasts.
I launched the first beta round of this programme: 9 amazing humans (mostly coaches) feeling deeply support and held as they their brand.
And, I started to become deeply inspired to create content, and offers like this that felt like a natural extension of everything that I was creating.
I’ll keep it real and say what many creative leaders WON'T say because they want to be seen as an authority:
I don’t have all the answers to build a successful solo business and brand.
But, CFTC isn't about being given answers or exact frameworks I (or someone else) used to create their business + relational brand.

The personal brand guru “I have it all figured out” era is dissolving into something more relational.
And for me, this is the part that I felt was always missing from much of the online advice.
It's mostly transactional rather than relational.
Extraction rather than collaboration.
A hierarchical. Top-down. Schooled way of learning that for many heart-centred coaches feels anti-coach.
When I say relational brand builds genuine trust with the people it calls in. Seeing them as not problems to fix, but people to hold. Honour. Respect, and relate to as humans on a journey of figuring things out.

DO I NEED TO BE ON A PARTICULAR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM TO JOIN?
There are many social media platforms to chose from to build your personal brand and business. Personally, I use Instagram, and Threads. I've recently left Twitter (X).
CFTC will support you shape your content themes, messaging, brand identity, and systems that support you and your business irrespective of what social media platform you use to promote your personal brand.
I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE. HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THIS?
The program is primarily self-paced, meaning, you can go through it at a pace that suits you. All of the materials are yours to keep after the 12 weeks. Whilst 12 weeks might be the end of the programme itself, it'll be the beginning of a new chapter for you. There is no ahead or behind.
